Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Creators Store, operated by Creators Store (operator legal entity name and address to be added before launch). By creating an account or buying from a store on Creators Store you agree to them.
1. Who can use Creators Store
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure.
2. Creator accounts and stores
- Creators are the sellers of the products and services listed in their stores and are responsible for them, including their descriptions, pricing, delivery, quality, legality and any taxes that apply.
- You must have the rights to everything you upload or sell. You may not sell prohibited items, infringe intellectual property, mislead buyers, or publish fake reviews or testimonials.
- We may suspend or disable accounts and take stores offline that break these terms or the law, or that put buyers or the platform at risk.
3. Payments and fees
- Creators connect their own payment gateway account (currently Razorpay). Buyers pay the creator directly into that account; Creators Store does not receive, hold or pay out creators' sales proceeds.
- The creator's payment provider settles funds to the creator under its own terms and charges its own processing fees. The creator is responsible for their gateway account, refunds, chargebacks and taxes on their sales.
- Creators Store charges no commission on sales. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- We use the gateway access you grant only to create, verify and refund payments for your store. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time in Settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
5. AI features
AI-generated content and recommendations are suggestions. Review them before use: you are responsible for what you publish. AI output may be inaccurate. We do not publish AI-generated changes to your store without your action.
6. Buyers
When you buy from a store, your contract for the product or service is with the creator. Creators Store provides the platform, checkout and delivery of digital files. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
7. Content and licence
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a licence to host, display and process it to operate the service, including to show your public store.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
